REFUND POLICY
Refunds of Modules and programmes can only be made under the conditions below:
1) Participants who cannot access the modules for any reason and have attempted to contact the Wali7 Academy Admin via email or Whatsapp before 5pm on the day before the MUET/MoD exam for assistance yet do not receive any reply regarding the module. (email: wali7academy@gmail.com |Whatsapp: (https://bit.ly/CustomerServiceWali7Academy2)Requests for a refund will not be entertained under the following conditions:
1) Participants who cannot access the modules and do not make attempt to contact the Wali7 Academy Admin for assistance before the MUET/ MoD examination day. (email: wali7academy@gmail.com | Whatsapp: https://bit.ly/CustomerServiceWali7Academy2)2) Participants who do not receive the links to the modules or programmes due to mistakenly registering with the incorrect email address. 3) Participants who mistakenly register for the wrong module/programme.
