MUET KETUK MEMBERSHIP POLICY
- Verified payments will be processed automatically by the system. Participants will receive an email IMMEDIATELY (to the email address enrolled with) which includes the information for the Membership procedure:
1) Google Form Registration
2) Exclusive MUET Ketuk Folder
3) Guidance to receive the Telegram Group link. - Telegram Group Membership is subject to a link invitation from the MUET Ketuk Admin team in a special link from the Google Form.
- All registrations via the muetwithmdmiman Onpay website should automatically generate the email for registration. Participants are responsible for going through the whole process of registering via links in the email.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds of Modules and programmes can only be made under the conditions below:
1) Participants who cannot access the modules for any reason and have attempted to contact the Wali7 Academy Admin via email or Whatsapp before 5pm on the day before the MUET/MoD exam for assistance yet do not receive any reply regarding the module. (email: wali7academy@gmail.com |Whatsapp: (https://bit.ly/AdminWali7Academy)Requests for a refund will not be entertained under the following conditions:
1) Participants who cannot access the modules and do not make attempt to contact the Wali7 Academy Admin for assistance before the MUET/ MoD examination day. (email: wali7academy@gmail.com | Whatsapp: https://bit.ly/AdminWali7Academy)2) Participants who do not receive the links to the modules or programmes due to mistakenly registering with the incorrect email address. 3) Participants who mistakenly register for the wrong module/programme.
